The only option previously available if we suspected fraud on your debit card, was to call you on the telephone. Now, account security is as easy as a text message!
To take advantage of the free option to receive text message alerts, simply reply to the Fraud Alerts activation text that you received from us.
The text message (sent from text #207-33) states the following:
"First Financial NW Card Fraud Alerts activation text. Reply YES to confirm enrollment, HELP for help, STOP to cancel. Msg&Data Rates May Apply."
