Registering with the Washington Secretary of State and/or business license may be required to open an account with us. We will make the effort to verify your business license or Secretary of State registration using online public records rather than requiring you to provide us with written proof.
Limited Partnerships, LLCs, LLPs and Corporations

- For organizations formed in a state other than Washington, a Certificate of Authority is needed
