Online Banking

  1. Any customer with an active checking, savings or loan account with First Financial Northwest Bank is eligible for Online Banking. Personal Banking customers can complete an application online and are notified by email when their account is activated. Business Banking customers can contact their banker or visit the nearest banking center for an application.

  2. Our Online Banking service uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, encrypting information and providing authentication. In practical terms, this means that any information passed back and forth between you and us is made illegible to outside eyes. Online Banking supports up to 128-bit encryption.

  3. No. Online Banking is done through your web browser, whether you use, Cable, Wireless, Mobile or simply conect with wifi. You simply visit this site and click on the Personal Account Login or Business Account Login button on the front page.

  4. To help ensure security and proper functionality, you must use a browser that meets or exceeds the following requirements:

    • Browser versions Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, Chrome, Firefox, an Safari. We recommend Microsoft Internet Explorer 10.0 with the latest service packs to take full advantage of the system.

  6. To help maintain security, you should close your browser when you have completed your Online Banking session. This will help prevent unauthorized persons from viewing your private account information. Your session will time out if you do not log off after 20 minutes.

  9. On the login page, select the Forgot Password link.. We will email you a temporary password to the primary email address on the account. Once received please follow the steps to access your account.

  10. Your login is specific to your social security number and you can only view accounts that include that social security number. If you have any questions about an account please contact us at 425-255-4400 during regular banking hours.

  11. Bill Pay is an additional service that allows you to pay all your bills online. You can set up recurring or single payments and we'll take care of the rest. You no longer have to worry about checks, stamps or envelopes.
