Online Banking

  1. Online Banking is a convenient way to get account information, transfer funds, make payments on loans and more. With Online Banking you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

  2. Our Online Banking features encryption security with 2 factor authentication allowing you to have secure access to your accounts.

  3. To help ensure proper functionality, access and account security to FFNWB.com and Online Banking, we recommend the following browsers Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge, when accessing your Online Banking Account. Microsoft has discontinued support of IE 10, IE 11 and original Edge browser as of June 2022. We highly recommend you start to migrate to a new browser to avoid access connection issues. 

  4. Any customer with an active checking, savings or loan account with First Financial Northwest Bank is eligible for Online Banking. Personal Banking customers can complete an application online and are notified by email when their account is activated. Business Banking customers can contact their banker or visit the nearest banking center for an application.

  5. To help maintain security, you should close your browser when you have completed your Online Banking session. This will help prevent unauthorized persons from viewing your private account information. Your session will time out if you do not log off after 20 minutes.

  6. Online Banking is free! Consider it our banking center online.

  7. On the login page, select the Forgot Password link. You will be able to reset you password directly 24/7, after answering verification questions. 

  8. Your login is specific to your social security number and you can only view accounts that include that social security number. If you have any questions about an account please contact us at 425-255-4400 during regular banking hours.

  9. Bill Pay is an additional service that allows you to pay all your bills online. You can set up recurring or single payments and we'll take care of the rest. You no longer have to worry about checks, stamps or envelopes.
