On January 20th, we launched our new online business and treasury management banking experience! Below we have information on what changed on launch day, including some new features whicht you will need to utilize your new business banking experience.
Two weeks ago we mailed important new sign-on instructions to your business mailing address. These step by step instructions included an added Company ID and other information needed in order to access your accounts beginning January 20th. If you did not recive a copy you can access the instructions here.
If you did not receive your Company ID please call us at 866-372-1200, email us at info at ffnwb dot com, or contact your business banker directly.
Quicken, Quickbooks, and Mint will be unavailable starting at 2pm on Friday, January 17th.
Web Connect (WC) for Quicken and Quickbooks will be available again on Tuesday, January 21st.
Express Web Connect and Mint users will need to wait 5 business days from starting date on 1/21, to reconnect.
Online Bill Pay will be unavailable starting on Friday, January 17th, at 12AM (midnight)
Online Transfers will be unavailable starting at 2pm on Friday, January 17th.
The morning of Monday, January 20th, you can explore the new business banking features of the new business and treasury management online banking platforms!

eACH and eWires Transactions:
All eACH and eWires must be released no later than 1pm on January 17th, so the transfer process can be completed. No further transactions can be processed until January 20th.
Remote Deposit Capture:
Remote Deposit Capture will not be impacted. You may login using the Direct Sign on Link and your same credentials to submit deposits over the weekend.
